 BRILLIANT LOCATION- The prestigious Highlands Reserve golf community provides a quiet and peaceful setting. Only minutes from Disney, and a short drive from numerous shopping malls and the other Orlando attractions.

FANTASTIC POOL AREA - the deck is extended (52 x26) providing plenty of space for sunbathing, barbecues and children to play. The 28' x 14' pool also has a Jacuzzi and is safety-screened to ensure that children can play in safety. There is also a lanai (20+ x11) to provide a retreat from the sun, if you need it. An extensive range of pool furniture is provided to enable guests to soak up the sun, eat 'al fresco' and unwind after each days activities.

OUTSTANDING ENTERTAINMENT - The family room has a surround sound entertainment centre which includes 60 + channel TV, 5 disk DVD, CD, Tuner, VCR and MP3 player.  All bedrooms have TV & DVD facilities, a Sony PS2 is located in one of the bedrooms and a multi sport (foosball/air hockey etc) entertainment table is also provided.
