How much deposit do we have
to pay?
$150 deposit is required at the time of
confirmation.
When is payment
due?
Final payment is due ONE-MONTH PRIOR to your arrival.
Heavenly Vacation Homes of Florida, Inc. will bill the credit
card on file unless other arrangements are made. You may pay
your final payment by check or money order as long as it is
received ONE-MONTH PRIOR.

What if I need to
cancel?
We must receive your cancellation in writing.
Should you need to cancel
your reservation a company check will be issued for your
refund.
How do I check
in?
Check in time is 4 pm. We will provide you with directions to check
in.
How do I check
out?
Departure time is 10 am. At that time, the keys will need to
be returned to the office where you checked in.
How many people can stay in
my home?
2 bedroom—sleeps 6
3 bedroom—sleeps 8
4 bedroom—sleeps 10
5 bedroom—sleeps 12
6 bedroom—sleeps 14
7 bedroom—sleeps 16
Is pool heat available
during the winter months?
Yes, for an additional fee, pool heat is available.
Where are your
homes and condos located?
All of our homes and condos are located in the
Kissimmee/Davenport Area, within 10-20 minutes of all the
major theme parks.
