Reservations Deposit
$150 deposit is required at the time of confirmation. Once confirmed you will be given a confirmation number and your reservation details will be mailed, e-mailed or faxed to you for your review and signature.
Cancellation Policy
30 days prior to your arrival; Full refund less $30 reservation fee
29-14 days prior to your arrival; Loss of $150 deposit
13-1 day prior to your arrival; Full payment is forfeited
Security Deposit
Upon check in, the appropriate Management Company will require a $250 authorized hold for a security deposit. This is ONLY an authorized hold and will be released up to 10 days after your departure. You may also leave a cash $250 deposit, which will be returned to you in check form 14 days after your departure.
Cleaning Fees
A cleaning fee will be applied to any stays less than 5 nights.
2, 3, 4 Bedroom - $75
5 Bedroom - $95
6 Bedroom - $105
7 Bedroom - $115
Change Fees
A $25 fee will be applied to 4 more changes.
No reservation changes permitted within 14 days of arrival.
Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions of the appropriate Management Company will apply. No RVs or motor homes are permitted within the communities.
